What counts as an "active worker"?
An active worker is anyone who uses the FieldBeacons mobile app during your billing period. Workers who are inactive (on leave, seasonal, etc.) don't count toward your limit.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. For Custom plans, we also offer invoicing with net-30 terms.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for Starter or Growth plans. Custom plans may include onboarding services with associated costs.
