Our story
We started FieldBeacons after years of watching field-service businesses struggle with the same problem: they had no idea what was happening in the field until something went wrong.
The tools that existed were either too complex (enterprise field service platforms with hundreds of features nobody used) or too simple (basic GPS tracking that felt invasive and didn't provide real operational value).
We believed there was a better way. Field-service owners and managers needed live awareness—not surveillance software, not bloated dispatch systems, just a clear view of who's where, what's happening, and what needs attention.
